Position: ACH Specialist
Location: Johnson City Branch
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the processing and exception handling of all ACH transactions while maintaining a continuous relationship with other departments to ensure quality service to our members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments, and other Financial Institutions with routine to moderately complex ACH inquiries. Experience working with ACH transactions and the understanding of the ACH Network, Rules, and Regulations preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Will be required to complete and retain the AAP certification.
