The candidates are, in the judgment of the Board and/or by registration, exhibiting members primarily engaged in the manufacture/supply of packaging products which are sold to Distributors and Master Distributors. Criteria to be considered are:
- Acknowledged ship dates are met
- Excellent and consistent product quality
- Problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily
- Friendly and efficient customer service
- Quick response to sales aid and sample requests
- Value-added service
