New Resources and Information for SAVIR Members

• Save the date for the 2021 SAVIR annual conference – April 7-9. More details to come!

• The 2018-2019 SAVIR annual report is now available.
• A new 5-year strategic plan for SAVIR was recently finalized. It is available to members on the SAVIR website.
• An overview of member benefits is posted on the SAVIR website. Please share with your colleagues and encourage them to join SAVIR!
• Students are now eligible for joint membership in both SAVIR and Safe States (the professional association for injury and violence practitioners) at a discounted rate of $65 for both memberships. Students who are already members of SAVIR or Safe States can add a student membership with the other organization for an additional $15 fee. Along with the SAVIR student membership benefits, the Safe States student membership offers networking with injury and violence prevention professionals across the nation, participating in mentoring, professional development (including CHES, CPH and CNE credits for conferences and CHES and CPH credits for self-studies on their Training Center), leadership opportunities, joining a committee or special interest group, and discounts on registration for the Safe States Annual Conference.
