Canceled: Southern Ohio Synod Assembly

Due to COVID-19 concerns and the health and welfare of our synod members, the Synod Council has approved the cancellation of the 2020 Southern Ohio Synod Assembly. Please mark your calendars for our 2021 Southern Ohio Synod Assembly at Nationwide Conference Center...June 5 & 6, 2021!

We are pleased to announce that there will be a 2020 Southern Ohio Synod Assembly and that it will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Centerville Ohio.

After many years of searching for a congregation that could meet all of the needs of our assembly gathering, we were delighted to accept Pr. Charlie Woodward's invitation to hold the synod assembly at Epiphany.

Due to an annual ministry at Epiphany, the assembly will meet on May 16, not in June as we have in previous years. Please mark your calendars so your voting members won't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to gather as a body in one of our Southern Ohio Synod congregations!

Agenda, theme and pricing are all still in the works. We will get that information out to everyone as soon as possible.

Please join the Bishop's office in thanking Pr. Woodward and the entire team and membership of Epiphany Lutheran Church for opening their doors to the rest of the synod for this special gathering!
