Director of Music
Lord of Life Lutheran Church, West Chester
Position Objective: To provide leadership and development for all music programs at Lord of Life Lutheran Church
When: Position is to be filled immediately
Skills required: Experience with a variety of worship styles, piano/keyboard and vocal proficiency. Ability to recruit, encourage, guide and incorporate volunteers. Strong communications skills using a variety of platforms.
Desired characteristics: Exceptional leadership, motivational and coaching skills. Collegial and approachable team player who is respectful of others. Attention to detail and an unflappable can-do spirit in last-minute situations.
Employment: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week); reports to Senior Pastor
