Facilities Manager
Epiphany Lutheran Church
Epiphany is currently seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to supervise and manage church custodians and provide for maintenance to include cleaning as well as set up and take down for scheduled activities at all locations. This position will manage and assist with the overall maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and equipment. The Facilities Manager is the primary contact for security and fire alarm calls for all Epiphany locations and serves as the liaison with the City of Centerville Police Department, the Washington Township Fire Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff Department, contractors, maintenance organizations, and equipment suppliers for all properties.
