Full-time Faith Formation Leader. Lord of Life Lutheran Church (ELCA) in Columbus, Ohio is hiring for a full-time Faith Formation Leader. This leader will oversee, recruit, and equip ministry leaders to foster spiritual growth of congregants of all ages by providing vision, guidance, and support for their respective programming. The immediate focus will be on Youth and & Family Discipleship. The second priority is to work on expanding Adult Discipleship.
