January 2017 Parish Paper available for download and reading--'Conquering the Cutback Synodrome'
The January 2017 issue of The Parish Paper explains the 'Cutback Syndrome,' how it happens and how to avoid it while still addressing growth challenges facing your congregation.
The Southern Ohio Synod Bishop's Office is already working with many congregations in our territory to look at ways to address membership decline in a way that offers hope for the congregation through refocused ministry, mission and possibly partnering with other congregations in the area without any of the congregations losing their unique identities.
