Attention Treasurers and Rostered Ministers--Cutoff date for submitting 2016 mission support is January 31!

We are quickly approaching the end of fiscal year 2016. Receipts are way down, but we know you all will come through with your estimated mission support so the synod can end the year with a balanced budget.

If you still have mission support to send, please note that to have your contributions count toward the 2016 fiscal year, checks must be received at the bank lockbox (our P.O. box) by January 31. Checks mailed to the synod office must be received by January 27 as it takes a couple of days to process the checks when not sent directly to the bank lockbox. Any checks received after these dates will be applied to the 2017 fiscal year.

We cannot deposit checks made payable to any other entity. Checks made payable to the ELCA or a partner or affiliate will be forwarded to that that entity.
