Important updates from Portico

It is time to start using your new Portico Health ID cards!

You can request or print extras through Portico Care Coordinators by calling 877.851.5656. 

Did a family member use the gym discount in 2017? Make sure it continues in 2018.

·   Spouses and dependents need to show their 2018 Portico Health ID card at the gym due to a number change.

·    No action required for members.

·    For help, call a Portico Care Coordinator at 877.851.5656.
