Family and friends of Mrs. Mary Long as they mourn her passing

Please keep the family and friends of Mrs. Mary Long in your prayers as they mourn her death. Mary was the oldest widow of a rostered minister residing in our synod, but that didn't keep her from faithfully joining long-time and new friends at the Bishop's Annual Christmas Luncheon. Her smile and love for the Church will be missed.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 11am, at Hope Lutheran Church, 820 Lilley Ave, Columbus, OH.

May all who mourn find comfort in the promise of the risen Lord!
