MVPs (Ministries, Vendors & Partners) invited to display at 2019 Synod Assembly
We invite all of our MVPs (Ministries, Vendors and Partners) to display at the 2019 Southern Ohio Synod Assembly, June 7-8 at Wittenberg University.
Anyone wishing to host a display table MUST complete an application below and submit it by the deadline of May 1, 2019. Display requests will not be accepted after this date.
Fees include: 6’ table, draped, two chairs, table top signage, as well as, a lunch buffet on Friday and Saturday. This cost is for one person only. See fee schedule for fee for additional people. Please note, if you are a voting member and hosting a display table, your voting member fees still apply.
Please download and complete one of the display applications below. The first is a fillable PDF that will allow you to type directly into the form. The second form you will print and complete the form by hand. (Hint: The fillable one is easier.)
Please make sure to download the PDF or the Word Doc and save it first and then fill out the form. Save it again and send it in. The text won't save in the forms until the file is downloaded and saved.
