Summary of ELCA Churchwide Assembly Actions

Here's the condensed version of what happened over 6 days in Milwaukee, WI when voting members from all 65 synods gathered to do the work of the Church.


The Rev. Elizabeth Eaton re-elected as ELCA Presiding Bishop on 1st ballot!

Despite having to re-do the ecclesiastical ballot, the ELCA Churchwide voting members overwhelmingly voted to keep Rev. Elizabeth Eaton as their Presiding Bishop.
