Family and friends of The Rev. Herbert Chilstrom regarding his passing

We join Presiding Bishop Elizabeth Eaton and the entire ELCA in prayers for comfort and peace for the Chilstrom family as they mourn the death of The Rev. Herbert Chilstrom, Presiding Bishop Emeritus of the ELCA. Bishop Chilstrom was the first presiding bishop of the ELCA in 1988.
