From Kenya to Uganda to El Salvador, something as essential as water is not readily available. And our poorest neighbors — often women and children — must risk their lives hiking miles to collect water. In some regions, women making this journey risk being attacked, raped or killed.
Without clean water, women, children and men will get sick. And many will die.
