► Processed Flag Added to Registrants

Within the Events/Registration Module we added a ‘Processed’ flag (much like the Input Forms) for each Registrant record.  This allows you to keep track of which Registrants have or have not been 'processed'.

The new checkbox appears at the bottom of the first screen when entering Registrant details.  Once you check the box and move to the next screen, the system will save the updated by and updated on timestamp.  If you recall the record at a later time, you can then see who processed the record and when it was processed.

The flag appears on each Registrant, rather than the entire Registration, so that you can later add Registrants who may not have been processed yet.

'Processed' is something that you define within the procedures of your organization.  For example, when filling online orders, some organizations use the 'Processed' flag within invoicing to indicate that the order has been filled and shipped.

The View Registrations search prompt now includes a filter for 'processed' and 'not processed'.

You will also notice that a 'Processed' indicator appears on the final Registration Summary screen next to each Registrant that has been processed.

The View Registrations index also includes a 'Flag All as Processed' button to help you quickly flag all of the selected registrants as 'processed'.
