Emailed Invoices Recorded in Tickler Notes

Any time an invoice is emailed from the system, a Tickler Note is added to both the Ship To and Bill To Contact record, recording the details of the email. This helps serve as an archive of what was sent and when to each member. This functionality was added to WebSuite2's built-in email invoice functions and not to custom software applications that handle the emailing of dues invoices.
