Not long ago, we added the ability to save common email messages when emailing individual invoices.  The system allows you to save any comment for future use - up to 25 comments.  You may then recall the saved comments by clicking the on-screen arrow buttons, located to the left of the comment box.

We recently updated this feature to allow you to delete individual saved comments as well. You'll notice a new 'X' button next to the arrow buttons, for this purpose.

Prior to this change, if you had saved a comment with a typographical error, there was no way to update the saved comment.  You could only save a new comment.  Thus, both the new comment and the one with the typo in it, would be in the list of saved comments.  Use the new delete button to delete the comment with the error.
