New Password Strength Requirements Coming Next Week

On Monday, October 16th, when you log into your WebSuite2 account, all Staff and Admin contact records (Access Level = 30 or 40) will be redirected to the 'Change Password' prompt.

>>> You will NOT need to change your existing password if it meets the new minimum requirements: 

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • One Uppercase letter
  • One Numeric character

Likewise, additional restrictions will prevent passwords from containing:

  • Your association acronym / OrgID
  • Common passwords, such as ‘password’ or ‘qwerty

These additional security measures are strictly precautionary measures and DO NOT apply to your member Contact records for accessing your website at this time. However, any new accounts or users that reset their system passwords will be required to meet the new minimum requirements.
