We changed the screen order of 'Work with Registrations' so that it matches the WebSuite2 standard of first displaying ALL of the records -- and then allowing you to search and filter on those records.
Once you select an event, you are shown all of the registrations for that event. You may then search and filter your results using the 'Search / Filter' button at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Our goal is to help you be as productive as possible. Eliminating the 'middle screen' in the 'Work with Registration' workflow eliminates an often unnecessary step.
We are also cognizant of the fact that changing the user interface can be a disruption in your learned workflow as well. So we are careful to evaluate any potential impacts prior to making user-interface changes.
A bug was reported where the search filter was being cleared each time you access registrations for the same event.
The system was updated so that your search filter is retained, so long as you continue working with the same event.
