Park in the garage on Level 2. The meeting is on the 9th Floor.
9am Legislative Briefing
Pick up information packets, check-in & meet with team leaders. Review bill summaries and appointment protocol.
10am – 3:30pm Capitol Visits
Deliver TPMA information to each office. Try to meet with the medical staff person or Legislator. Additional visits may be added on-site to key committee legislators.
11:30am – 1:30pm Lunch at TPMA Office (Drop in any time)

3pm-5pm Debrief at the TPMA Office
Turn in call reports to staff for follow-up.
