SkillBridge Program Overview

The NPMA SkillBridge Program facilitates direct pathways for active U.S. military personnel to transition into civilian employment, particularly within pest control service technician positions. Through internships, military members receive training while maintaining their military salary and benefits. Upon completion, companies offer employment, fostering financial stability for transitioning service members. NPMA supports participating companies in recruitment, training, and retention of military talent.
