Outside Event
February 26–28, 2026 • Hood River, OR
The Pacific Northwest Pest Management Conference is your chance to connect, learn, and recharge with peers from across the region—and Friday’s business programming is a can’t-miss highlight.
Friday Business Sessions – February 27
8:00 AM – Welcome & Mike Bullert (NPMA Vice President): NPMA updates and what’s new at the national level.
9:00 AM – Mike Bullert, Big Time Pest Control: Using Technology as a Competitive Advantage — practical insights he’s learned while running his pest business.
10:40 AM – Samantha Malone (President, Olympia Pest Management • Executive Director, WSPMA & OPCA): All In: A Journey to Purpose in Pest Management
All In: A Journey to Purpose in Pest Management is a powerful, personal keynote in which Samantha Malone shares a defining period of self-doubt, reflection, and renewal that nearly led her to step away from the industry—and the rediscovery of purpose that ultimately called her back.
Through vulnerability and resilience, Samantha reframes pest management as a people-first profession centered on connection, leadership, and community.
Attendees will be inspired to:
- Reconnect with their “why”
- Lead with authenticity and intention
- Invest more intentionally in teams, culture, and long-term impact
