CSCA 2023 Convention Safety Protocol

Last Edited January 11, 2023 - Please check back regularly for additional updates.

The CSCA Executive Committee will monitor the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Missouri, St. Louis County, and St. Louis communities over the next few months (CDC COVID-19 Community Level). For the CSCA 2023 Convention, we will implement the current safety measures recommended by the CDC and state and local public health officials.

The CDC recommends wearing a mask indoors in public and on public transportation, staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, and getting tested if you have symptoms. If you are at high risk for severe illness, consider taking additional precautions.

Currently, there is no mask mandate in St. Louis. The Department of Health urges everyone to wear a mask in public settings, especially when the Community and Transmission levels are high. View CDC guidance on mask wearing []. There are no travel restrictions to the City of St. Louis.

We will continue to work closely with Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch management, Explore St. Louis, and Public Health - St. Louis County to monitor state and local guidance. The above protocols are subject to change if state and local guidance changes.
