Torree McGowan, MD, FACEP
Dr. Torree McGowan, MD, FACEP, currently serves as Secretary Treasurer on the GSACEP Board of Directors. Dr. McGowan is a US Air Force Academy graduate and completed her medical school at Oregon Health and Sciences University. She trained in emergency medicine at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Consortium. Her 12 years on active duty included assignments at Lackland AFB, TX, Elmendorf AFB, AK, and Travis AFB, CA. She also deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. After leaving active duty, she moved to Central Oregon, where she and her family have a hay farm. Dr. McGowan served for 7 years in the Oregon Air National Guard and was the Commander of the CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package with the Portland Air National Guard. She retired from military service in 2023 and continues to work clinically with the St Charles Medical Group.
