In Loving Memory of Bernie Carr

Bernadette Carr, MA, served as the GSACEP’s Executive Director from 1994 until 2018, the longest in GSACEP history. Her dedication, integrity and loyalty to the chapter exemplify the military values our members strive to attain. During her tenure, Bernie was the champion of the Government Services Symposium (formerly called Joint Services Symposium), working tirelessly behind the scenes to make each conference an unparalleled success for attendees from all perspectives: professional, social, educational and research/academic.
