We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a defined engagement of approximately 6-12 months. This role is designed for a seasoned construction executive who can provide high-level strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational alignment during an important phase of company growth and development. The structure is flexible and intended for an executive who will maintain a primary residence elsewhere while working on-site in Atwood on a scheduled basis. The selected executive must be willing to travel to Atwood on a scheduled basis to provide on-site leadership and support.
