Sara Tennyson-Harlan Joins as Membership Director

Please join us in welcoming Sara Tennyson-Harlan as OHLA’s new Director of Membership and Engagement!

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sara brings a deep passion for member relations and a strong background in both hotel and private club settings. A proud Buckeye, she earned her degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University and has held key roles in both Charleston, SC, and Columbus—including 14 years as Director of Membership at The Ohio State University Faculty Club. Sara is also an active participant in various industry associations and brings a wealth of knowledge and connections to the role.

Sara now lives in Westerville with her husband and two children, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants (especially pizza!), and cheering on the Buckeyes. We’re thrilled to have her on the team!
