Hotel Property/Management Company/ Ownership Members ($300/per team of 6*)
Team must represent a hotel property/properties or hotel management/ownership group.
Allied Members (min $1,000 sponsorship)
Entity must sponsor event in order to participate as a team.
Singles ("Free Agent") Registration ($60)
Can't pull together a full team of 6? Hoteliers can also sign up as a single player. You will be placed on an existing team as a team member or alternate.
*Team includes 6 players, but two additional players can rotate throughout the day if they have completed a waiver.

| What Registration Includes |
|
Each team will receive the following:
- 2 Pizzas Per Team
- 6 drink vouchers (one per player)
- 8 bandanas
Additional pizzas and drink vouchers (beer, wine, or liquor) can be purchased a la carte during the registration process. The full bar menu is available for purchase separately.

| Important Game Play Information |
|
- All participants MUST sign a waiver in order to play.
- All players must be 21+ in order to participate. Unless accompanied by an adult.
- Only 3 male players must be on the court at one time.
- A water station will be available at the bar for players to utilize.

| What to Bring |
|
- This is a family-friendly event. We invite you to bring along spectators of all ages!
- Sunscreen and/or full coverage clothing. Out on the courts, the only coverage is single umbrellas at the tables.
- Sweat Towels
- Shoes you don't mind getting sand on

Woodland Backyard Volleyball & Venue Rules

- No Coolers Allowed on Site - food & drink purchases must be made through venue
- Pop-up tents are permitted with prior notification to OHLA
- First and foremost, this tournament is intended to be fun, social, and recreational in nature. Accordingly, aggressive, or confrontational behavior will not be tolerated. If there is a dispute, replay a point or notify a volleyball coordinator. Mgmt. has the final authority on all disputes.
