With over 40 years in the roofing industry, as a contractor, building code compliance officer, and as director of technical services for the FRSA, Mark Zehnal serves as the Director of FORTIFIED Roof at the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS), including overseeing the program, working with IBHS staff on building code initiatives and roofing-related research, and conducting in-person FORTIFIED training for roofing contractors and manufacturers.
**2025 LinkUP Events NOTE: The September, October, and November LinkUP events will continue to be complimentary to ORCA Members and $30 for Non-Members. Beginning in January, 2025 we will charge a $25 registration fee for ORCA Members and a $50 registration fee for Non-Members. This registration fee is necessary to cover increased costs and to bring you a higher quality experience and overall level of programming (i.e. speakers, learning opportunities, etc.).
