How Nonprofits and Board Members Can Respond to COVID-19

With those struggles come difficult questions for nonprofit boards across the nation. What is the board’s role in a time of crisis? Should policies be changed? Which ones? How can the board and staff work together right now? These are all important questions that need answers.

The good news, though, is that you are not alone. Nonprofits all over the country are asking the same questions. Because of this, we compiled some of the most common ones we are seeing in our community and our Ask-the Expert team provided answers. While our Ask-an-Expert service is typically a members-only benefit, during this time it will be open for the entire community.
