Batikov Spoke at the Ohio Oil and Gas Association Annual Meeting

The OOGA just marked its 76th anniversary

Ilya Batikov, partner in the Vorys Columbus office, spoke at the Ohio Oil and Gas Association's 76^th Annual Meeting on March 8, 2023. 

He joined a panel that was titled, "The Ohio Oil & Gas Industry:  What Every Practicing Attorney Needs to Know." They discussed the legal history of Ohio's oil and gas industry and how it has developed through the present era. Additionally, they explained top issues for both producers and landowners, and they discussed how to avoid mineral rights disagreements or costly litigation. 

The OOGA annual meeting is a three-day event that brings together the top state and national industry leaders who will discuss current issues impacting the Ohio oil and gas industry.
