How to Really be Yourself at Work

This action builds trust

The greatest joy I have in my coaching and training is helping people to open up and share more of themselves with the people in their lives, their teams, their friends and their families.

In the most extreme examples, people will have a personal catharsis suddenly realizing that they can be who they really are without negative consequences. In fact, they learn that people like them even more than before they were being real.

If the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it's that we all need to be real about work and life.
