Thank You for Your Engagement & Attendance at the OSAP Annual Conference
From Tony Packo's to giraffes - we had it all
Thank you for making our conference in Toledo a wonderful experience!
On behalf of the boards of both OSAP and OSAP Foundation, I want to personally thank you for attending the OSAP 2025 Annual Conference at the Glass City Center. Both the center and Destination Toledo made the event a memorable one - from the food to the service to the awesome zoo experience. In addition, as our attendees, you made the experience rewarding for the organization, your colleagues and the volunteers who committed themselves to giving you a great experience.
To Lance, Lissa, Mark, Emily, Eric H., Caleigh, Eric S. and all the wonderful team members at Destination Toledo, OSAP thanks you for providing opportunities for members that will be long remembered.
To Steve, Carol, Jenna and all the others at the GCC, thank you for the remarkable service, food and ambiance you created for our members at the center. You made the event quite wonderful for our attendees.

The professional speakers and subject matter experts who presented this year helped make this conference one that will forever shine in our memories, and we thank each of you for engaging with them and making them feel welcome at OSAP AC '25. Our speakers presented wonderful education designed to meet your needs.
As always, it was our pleasure to serve you, and it was my honor to oversee OSAP's ninth conference as your president & CEO. Thank you for making the organization - your organization - such a wonderful place to be. To the board members who attended - both past and present - I appreciate your commitment to OSAP and the OSAP Foundation.
