In this session, funeral professionals will get practical tools and real-world language to better serve veterans with genuine care and respect. We’ll talk about how military service can influence end-of-life experiences and share simple, meaningful ways - from first contact through preneed and at-need - to build trust through thoughtful recognition and helpful resources.
