Display application for SOS task forces, ministries, partners and affiliates ready for download

Location: Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center, 100 Greenmeadows Dr South, Lewis Center, Ohio

Dates/Times: Displays may be set up at 7 am on June 1. Display hours are Friday, June 1 from 7:30 am-4:30 pm; Saturday, June 2 from 7:30 am-4:15 pm. Displays must be torn down by 5:30 pm, June 2.

Fees: Fees will vary depending on if person staffing the display table is a registered voting member or attending only as a representative of the ministry/partner. Please note: SOS task forces & committees must staff their display tables with a person registered for assembly. The synod cannot cover their registration fees.

Provided: One 6’ table (draped) and chair; lunch on both days, as well as snacks and beverages.

Where display tables will be located: We have room for 14 display tables only. Display tables will line the hallway and gathering space outside of the assembly meeting room. Tables will not be tucked into a room away from attendees.
