Safely Pick the Perfect Christmas Tree
‘Tis the season … to buy a Christmas tree.

Despite the pandemic, sales of both real and artificial trees are robust this year, according to the National Christmas Tree Association (NCTA) and the American Christmas Tree Association (ACTA).

“Many of our members have seen sales increases of 200 percent over the same time last year,” said ACTA Executive Director Jami Warner in a press release. “We are very grateful to be in the business of bringing some much-needed joy to so many facing unforeseen hardships.”

To make sure that people shopping for a real Christmas tree have a safe experience, NCTA developed best practice recommendations for its members so they can protect their workers and customers.
