Nursing Community Coalition (NCC) signed onto letters to the House and the Senate Veteran’s Affairs Committees urging them to pass S.1220/H.R.2568 United States Cadet Nurse Corps Service Recognition Act of 2021 American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) signed onto an American Council on Education letter urging Congress to support and protect historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) following bomb threats made against the community.

Second Session of 117th Congress
Nursing Community Coalition sent letter to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees Requestion at least $324,472 million for Title VIII Nursing Workforce and Development Programs and at least $200,782 million for the NINR (FY 2022) and AACN sent letter to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees reiterating key academic nursing funding priorities for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022.
