Academy Family Visit Set for Nov 19

The Columbus Osteopathic Association will host Ohio Osteopathic Association President Christopher J. Loyke, DO, for an Academy Family Visit, November 19, at Eddie Merlot's (1570 Polaris Parkway, Columbus 43240).  Loyke will provide an update on OOA activities, legislation, and health care reform.

The dinner meeting also includes a medical lecture from Angela Bucci, DO, who will present Strategies in Action: Initiating, Titrating, and Intensifying Insulin Analog Therapy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes.  Bucci is an endocrinologist in Columbus.

The event begins at 6:00 pm with a reception and chance to network, followed by dinner and program at 6:30.  

Advance registration is required.  The meeting is free and open to all COA members (active practice, retired, part-time, etc) and osteopathic medical students, residents, and interns.
