District 2 Town Hall Meeting

To improve communication, I am holding quarterly Town Hall Meetings via Zoom for our District. You can bring your concerns/questions and also get updates on what's happening with the OSMA's work and priorities. We will send out an email before each meeting so you can register to receive the virtual connection information.
We hope that our Student, Resident and Fellow colleagues will join us!
UPCOMING DISTRICT MEETINGS:
Please join us for our District 2 pre-caucus meetings. These meetings allow us to prepare for the OSMA House of Delegates Meeting as a District and will helps those that are newer to the process to learn how the meeting process works.

January 28 - Discussion of any potential resolutions to be submitted as a District. Register Now!

March 11 - Reviewing the posted resolutions and forming comments for online commenting as a District. Registration is open!
These virtual meetings will be at 8:00pm EST. Please hold these dates and watch for emails with registration information.
If you have any resolution ideas, please pass them along to your District Councilor. Submit your resolution idea by Jan. 27 - it does not have to be a fully crafted document. You can simply submit an idea and the details can be completed later by the District. Resolutions are due to OSMA by February 19.

The 2025 OSMA Annual Meeting and House of Delegates is April 4-6.
District 2 will be attempting to fill all Delegate and Alternate Delegate positions for the 2025 OSMA Annual Meeting. If you are interested in serving in one of the Delegate seats to represent District 2, fill out the form below.
In 2024, District 2 was entitled to 19 Delegates and 19 Alternate Delegates for the OSMA Annual Meeting. For 2025, applications will again be collected from those interested in serving as a District 2 Delegate. The application period closes at EOB February 4. If there are more applications submitted than delegate positions, balloting will be done. If less than enough applications are submitted, delegates will be named by acclamation.

3/11/2025 District 2 Resolution Preview Pre-Caucus virtual meeting - registration is open.
4/4-4/6/2025 OSMA Annual Meeting - District 2 Caucus meetings to be held in person at the Annual Meeting the mornings of Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th. Watch for registration details to come.
