BWC Provider Engagement – What you Need to Know
We understand providers and office members may feel overburdened by administrative tasks and paperwork. However, our directors are here to lighten your load. Our Provider Engagement directors serve as your personal contacts at BWC. They offer you the latest updates, expertise, and convey your information regarding issues or concerns that need immediate attention.
Upon request, they may offer you and your staff:
- An orientation of BWC procedures and guidelines
- Ongoing education and training
- Tips to simplify workers’ compensation processes
Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with you and your staff members and to ensure quality, timely services for Ohio’s injured workers.
When should you contact a Provider Engagement director?
Reach out to us as soon as you need help with workers’ compensation and injury-management issues. We are your one-stop shop and serve as your personal concierge and connection to BWC and its leadership.
