Any physician who has a current license to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, issued by the State Medical Board of Ohio, that is in full force and effect at the time of application. Physicians who held previous Active membership in the Academy.

Any physician who has been an Active Academy, Active Academy/OSMA, Active Academy Part-Time, or Non-Resident member for a minimum of 10 years and is no longer working and ineligible for those membership categories due to retirement or disability.

Student
Any person who is enrolled in an approved college of medicine pursuing the degree of MD/DO. Sign up online.
