BCBSM PPO 

Denying CPT 96366, therapeutic infusion additional hour when billed with 96413

UPDATE 4/13/18 - BCBSM has confirmed that this is a system error and has begun the process to update the system and remove this edit.

RESOLUTION 5/16/18 - Per BCBSM - The system is now allowing payment for procedure code 96366.  



BCN

No BCN system problems reported issues at this time.



MEDICARE PLUS BLUE (MPB)

No MPB systems problems reported at this time, other than the ESA issue that is in the hands of the Medicare Ombudsman.

Resolution 5/15/18 - MPB has FINALLY updated their system to correct the ESA problems!  Members have already reported receiving paid claims this week on pending and wrongfully denied claims!! See Medicare Plus Blue separate article within this newsletter!!
