Did you know.... Prior Authorization for Chemotherapy can be obtained online. You can receive instant approval, submit additional documentation for your request, check the status of your request. 

Did you know.... Procedure Reference List - this list notes if Prior Authorization is needed per J code.  You can access this list under Authorizations, Resources for HAP Authorizations, Procedure Reference list.

Did you know.... Claims - You can access all of your submitted claims.  Payments, Rejections and Pending status are available.  Its a very usefully tool.
