CareConnect4Me Patient and Community Educators* (PaCE) are available for certain Boehringer Ingelheim specialty medicines. A PaCE can help support your treatment journey by helping you:

A customized support program for people living with pyruvate kinase (PK) deficiency, and being treated with PYRUKYND® (mitapivat) tablets.
myAgios is here to support you in your unique journey with PK deficiency.
We can provide helpful resources, from educational materials on PK deficiency to financial support information on PYRUKYND. We’ll connect you with our Patient Support Managers, who have over 20 years of combined clinical experience supporting people with rare diseases, including PK deficiency. They’ll listen to your needs and give you personalized tools along the way. Working together, our goal is to help you throughout your journey with PK deficiency.
RIGEL ONECARE PROVIDES ACCESS SUPPORT FOR PATIENTS AND PRACTICES
RIGEL ONECARE will help patients get started with TAVALISSE
- By assisting with reimbursement approval, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals
- By determining eligibility and facilitating enrollment in copay and financial assistance programs
- By contacting patients and answering their questions so they start TAVALISSE with the information they need
