Who Should Attend this Meeting and What Will I Gain?

Built for your Operations Team:
The MSPCA invites you and your team to attend the first Business Building Blocks & Connections event designed to help PMPs grow their businesses. This first event, which MSPCA plans to develop into an ongoing series, is designed for owners, managers, sales teams, service representatives, or anyone who is integral in the operation of a pest management company.
We know your team is already great, but this event will equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to really amp up their performance.

Business Building Blocks:
Three sessions have been developed that will provide your team with new and effective ways to sharpen sales, customer service, and employee engagement excellence. This is a condensed program with a powerful punch - bring your team and see your sales team increase close, your customer service reps "WOW" your customers, and see your employees become engaged and motivated! There are so many moving parts to running a successful pest management business, these sessions provide a fresh perspective on the three main business blocks needed to succeed!

Connections:
Education is a collaborative experience – after all, nobody learns in a vacuum. Social connections offer us an opportunity to share and learn from each other. So, we built some social time into the event. We will kick off the event with donuts and coffee before the sessions and share lunch afterward.  One of the best parts of being involved in a trade association is the benefit you gain through the connections you make with other professionals who understand the challenges you face. The connections you make at this event with speakers, vendors, and other PMPs may just become invaluable resources to you and your team!

Check the agenda and consider how this event could grow your team and your business!

The Reasons Deals Don’t Close with Nema Semnani, Precision Sales Consulting

Did you know that 96% of opportunities don't close due to only a handful of reasons? I bet you didn't...plus I bet you didn't know that 74% of statistics are made up and as Abraham Lincoln said "53% of quotes are misattributed." What's the point? Glad you asked. When selling to the modern buyer, the rules have changed. Oftentimes, even the most seasoned of sales professionals think they have a closing problem, when in actuality, what they have is a qualifying problem. When sellers learn how to qualify stringently and diffuse the most prevalent obstacles in advance, they find selling far more effective, profitable, and fun.

Putting The "WOW" in the Customer Service Journey with Denise O’Neill, Next Generation Leaders

Companies invest heavily in acquiring and onboarding new customers. Afterall, expanding the client base is the lifeblood of most businesses.

The Twenties decade has generated clients that are more demanding and less tolerant of service they consider below average. Inflation has also made clients more focused on price.

We'll examine what makes up the customer service journey, develop a customer service journey map and together explore new ways to surprise and delight our customers creating an experience that is a magnet for attracting new customers and retaining the current client base.
