About CREDA

Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Northern Virginia, formerly NAIOP Northern Virginia, has been a leading voice for the region’s commercial real estate industry since 1980, when it was chartered by a group of local developers. Today, CREDA Northern Virginia represents more than 900 members across the development, ownership, investment, construction, design, finance, legal, brokerage, and professional services sectors.

Governed by an annually elected Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and supported by a professional staff headquartered in Alexandria, CREDA Northern Virginia continues its longstanding mission to connect industry leaders, advance professional development, and advocate for responsible commercial real estate growth throughout the region.

Through education, networking, signature events, government relations, leadership development, and business-building opportunities, CREDA Northern Virginia helps shape the future of commercial real estate while supporting the communities where our members work, invest, and build.
