CREDA Northern Virginia offers Principal, Associate, Affiliate, Developing Leader (35 & under), and Student memberships.

Yes. Memberships are renewed annually and CREDA Global will start invoicing for following year in November.   Members who join midyear, will get a prorated invoice the following year.

Many educational and networking programs are open to nonmembers, although members receive discounted registration rates.

Our premier annual events include the Annual Bus Tour, Awards of Excellence, Development 101, Annual Forecast, Mid-Year Forecast, Golf Tournaments, and a variety of educational and networking programs.

We advocate for responsible commercial real estate development by working with local governments, elected officials, and industry partners on issues affecting development, investment, and property ownership throughout Northern Virginia.

The Developing Leaders Program is available to members of CREDA Northern Virginia who are 35 years of age or younger.

Eligible Developing Leaders can register during the annual Mentor Program enrollment period.

Members can participate in Education, Government Relations, Membership, Special Events, and Developing Leaders committees.

Members receive regular email newsletters, legislative updates, event announcements, industry news, and social media updates throughout the year.
