As the Chapter's premier event, the awards program demonstrates the dedication of outstanding firms who provide contributions to the built environment.

What a night.
Our industry showed up strong, dressed to the nines, and absolutely nailed the “Black Tie with a Twist” vibe—sparkly sneakers, cowboy boots, bling, comfort, and personality everywhere. The room was packed, the energy was high, and Northern Virginia’s commercial real estate community once again proved why this market leads the way.
A huge congratulations to all our 2025 Award Winners. Your projects, leadership, and impact shape the region, and this year’s slate of honorees raised the bar yet again.
Event Recap
We kicked off the evening with cocktails at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and our awards program. As always, the Ritz-Carlton delivered a phenomenal experience, and the room kept its momentum all the way through the final applause.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the event, sponsored the program, or submitted a project. This celebration only works because our members and partners continue to push excellence in every corner of Northern Virginia.
