Attendees will be provided with in-depth information about the RCF rules and regulations to give you the information you need for compliant, deficiency-free surveys in your community. The RCF rules are discussed in terms of specific survey citations and interpretations by The Ohio Department of Health. Additionally, forms and resources available exclusively on the OALA Members Only website will be reviewed. The required manual, which will be supplied to you on the morning of the training, is an in-depth resource you will often turn to.
